Last updated 31 October 2026. This notice describes the Customer Help Guide website. This release is a reading-only publication: it has no visitor accounts, customer portal login, support-request form, ticket upload, search-feedback form, comments, newsletter subscription or message submission form. Do not put names, ticket text, account identifiers, authentication details or other private information in page URLs.

The site is delivered through Cloudflare. Delivery and network protection involve processing technical request information such as IP addresses, requested URLs, routing data, and device or browser information. This technical processing is separate from the guides and does not give Customer Help Guide access to a customer portal, help-center search log, support queue, account record or private ticket.

Cloudflare Web Analytics is enabled for customerhelpguide.com. Its browser beacon can measure page views and site performance, including page or referrer information and browser performance measurements. The publication application does not maintain visitor profiles or use this measurement to infer a reader’s account, support history, portal access, or service need.

Cloudflare Zaraz automatic script injection is enabled for the zone. The authenticated configuration had two trigger definitions and no configured Zaraz tools at the observation time, so the observation does not establish third-party tool execution through Zaraz. The application source did not set an advertising or analytics cookie. Cloudflare security or traffic-management features may use cookies when they apply; browser controls can manage stored cookies, although blocking a provider cookie may affect a security check.

Publication fonts, logos and original guide illustrations are served as site assets. Guides also link to standards bodies, customer-support platforms and other primary sources. Those external services receive information when you follow a link and apply their own privacy practices.

Customer Help Guide has no reader-account or publication-managed profile deletion tool because this release has no reader accounts or publication-managed profiles. Cloudflare manages its hosting, security and analytics records under its documented practices; this notice does not promise a fixed provider retention period or immediate deletion of provider records.

This notice describes the application and authenticated hosting settings observed on 31 October 2026. It should be revised when forms, analytics, hosting or reader features change. It is an actual-practice description, not legal advice or lawyer approval.
